One of our members is not able to send email messages on the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. She receives other members' messages via that distribution list, but when she tries to send messages, the members do not receive them. What could be wrong? How can we fix this?

Brian - I thought the members-clubnumber email to send to all of the members of a club was the prefix for toastmastersclubs.org - is the email prefix also usable when used with toastmasters.org, per this thread?

I am desperately searching for a solution to email all of my members, and frankly, i don't care what the "to" email address is. I just want one that works.

The admin e-mail address is the e-mail of the current registered club website administrator for this club. Anyone can send messages to this address.

@toastmastersclubs.org is correct for FTH mail. You can't use toastmasters.org for email to your FTH distribution lists. Well spotted!

Well, just learned something else - you cannot use your 'alias' as the "From" email address to send to the toastmastersclubs.org email - it doesn't work. (example: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

I was able to finally send out the emails to my membership, using the specific advice of Steve.

Remember that all the email addresses that the system provides are forwarding email addresses and distribution lists. That means that you or someone else has to send *to* them... cannot send from them. Also, they all depend on being associated with a real email account. You cannot use an alias as the admin email address in the system for example, Also, you cannot enter an alias in for a member's email address. The system will catch that and flag it as an error.
