For club number 5634, Xerox Xeroids, I'm having trouble setting up the weekly agenda function. I can find it on the administrator console, but I cannot make it appear on the member console. I managed to click on an icon in the member console that showed a list of weekly agenda dates but only for the year 2012. We would like to use a current weekly agenda template on the web site. Thank you.

Beyond that, I am not sure what you mean by "member console". (not a term we use)

In a nutshell, there are really two components for the meeting agenda function.

First part is the agenda templates functionality, which is what is in the admin console and is just used to create reusable named agenda templates so you do not have to create live dated agendas from scratch every time. Templates have a name but not a date.

Second part is the live dated meeting agendas, which show up on the Members Only menu when you have logged in as a member. The live agendas have a date but not a name.

There is a catch though... only the VPE or other officers set up to create live dated agendas can create them in the live agendas module. If you have that permission, an icon with a plus sign on it will show up in the agenda toolbar in the live agendas module.
