I'm fairly new to all of this. How to I switch between agenda templates. I have about four templates and when I select one it doesn't revert to that template. How do I take an existing template and add an agenda item halfway through the agenda?

Thanks.

Here is the documentation on agendas and templates: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index

To add an item to a template you add it at the bottom of the list (in edit mode), and then drag it up to the required position.

When you select a different template from your list it should automatically refresh. If this isn't working try logging out and closing your browser, and then try again. If you still have problems please provide your club number so that we can investigate

Thanks. Is there save as option? I have a template for one speech and I want to create a new template for two speech agendas. How can I take my existing template and edit it and save it as something else?

We like to mention the word and theme of the day at the top of the agenda. How can I do this without adding an agenda item?

Here is a handy little trick:

Load your template as a new dated agenda (or you can use any existing agenda that is similar to the one you want to create). Then save the chosen agenda as a named template and edit that new template to include the second speech.

You can add a place for the Word and Theme to the Default Meeting Description on your template (it will apply to all new agendas). You (or whoever creates your agendas) will need to add the actual word and theme as the agendas are created.
