Hi - I am the admin of the First Edition website and cannot log in. Getting an error message. The log in info worked earlier this week. I clicked the password reset link but did not get an email message prompting me to change my password. Thank you,

The emails are being delivered to gmail, check your junk/spam box

Hi - I checked the spam folder for my gmail account but the email messages are not displaying.

I just send a new one and I see gmail accepting. If it is not in your spam box you will have to ask gmail what they did with it.

I am trying to log in as Admin and not as a member. I need to edit the website.

The link let me set for my member log in and not for my admin log in.

You are not the site admin that is Peter Feibelman

If that is not correct you need to submit a change request.

If you are actually the current admin, then you need to get yourself recognized by (registered in) the system to make sure you do not have future issues.

Just getting the admin password is not sufficient. The system only really recognizes whoever is registered as the admin. Even if you have the admin password, the system still thinks the registered admin is logging in.
