While most of our members names can be selected from the drop down that appears when assigning roles, some active members names are not there. We appreciate guidance anyone can offer as to how we can resolve this dilemma.

Thank you Steve. Do you know if that is something we have to ask to have done by Toastmasters International, or if it's something we do ourselves? We had thought the names on the list we could choose from were generating from the current registered members with TI.

If it is something we do ourselves on our club FTH site, can you let us know please what the steps are? I can't find "Membership Management" on the site. Sorry if I'm missing something really obvious.

GeorgeMarshall Visitor	Kathleen, Toastmasters has no role in maaging your website. They endorse FTH but don't set it up for you. Membership Management: login as Admin, and bring up the Admin console. At the very top of the console ("Site Administration" window), select Membership Management. You can use the "Quick Add" tab in M.M. to add several members at once. George
