Hello,

I used to be able to log in to our club's website at: 38.toastmastersclubs.org/ by typing in my name and the website recognize my name as a user. Once it recognized me, I would click my name from the pop up so it would be listed in the username section and then I would proceed with my password. The box that usually prompts when I start typing my name no longer shows up and I'm unable to log in by simply typing in my log in details.

Is there any way to get around this or does the box need to show up for me to click it? If so, how do I get it to appear again?

Sometimes the pop-up can take a bit longer to show, like on Mondays when everyone is trying to access their websites at the same time. You can also log-in via by just typing in your email address entered in the system if the pop-up is taking too long to show up.
