WEEKLY CLUB MEETINGS ON CALENDAR

I would like to add our weekly club meetings to our public calendar. I'd love to have them show up in blue as Club Meetings, but, from what I see in Support and Video, the blue events seem to be linked to meeting agendas only, which our club doesn't use (we don't seem to have the Default AgendaTemplates - ).

Is there another way to add meetings to display in blue, or should I just create a regular weekly event and have them display in Admin red?
Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Blue is only for built in agenda functionality.

System default templates are available when you add a new agenda. (not in the templates module... that is for your custom user templates)

Only saved agendas will show up in blue on the calendar.

You can create "empty" agendas - they'll show up in blue. You'll have to enter the date and save.

You should have the default agendas. I'm not sure why they aren't showing on your system - our "Technical Team" might need to check that. You could create an agenda, but it is easier if you have a base / default to get started.

Yes, as everyone already stated, you need to create an agenda in the admin section. It is really easy now too!

Thanks, Pam and TechieSteve, for the info about the event colors. I'm OCD enough  haha to wonder if it might cause a disconnect for visitors seeing 'blue Club Meetings (Key) at the bottom of the map', but only 'non-blue calendar admin-created club meetings' on the calendar. It might be nice to be able to change event colors manually to match, but I can certainly appreciate having a consistent color-coding scheme.

It took me a few moments to figure out the difference you were describing between locations of Add New Agenda, The Templates Module, and Add Custom Templates. Hearing you say they were different caused me to click around and find them with your combined guidance. No need to alert the tech squad haha.

Thanks for your combined help. Much appreciated. :)
