We have a calendar item on our Club Website that is incorrect and as the admin I can't seem to delete it.

I asked the other officers if they created it and so far everyone has said no.

Please help.

I can see club meetings from 11 September last year to 1 July this year. These are all coloured blue, meaning that they're links from the meeting agendas.

I don't see anything else that would have been added by an individual member.

What do you see that shouldn't be there, and on which date?

Id like to remove the link to the agenda as it displays the wrong start time. Is this a setting in the meeting agenda section of the website? If it is maybe I can fix that to show the correct time. :)??

Is this all the agendas or just one of them?

If it's all of them, check the club timezone setting in the admin console.

If it's a single agenda, then go to the agenda in question and change the start time in the Agenda Setup tab.

Clicking on the incorrect agenda in the calendar will take you there.

We are getting closer. I had GMT selected as it's the default setting. I changed to us/pacific but that did not correct it. I was looking for pst but that was not listed. This club is located in Sacramento cal. What time zone should I pick. Also can we not have the online agenda linked to the calendar? Is that an automatic thing?

Look for US/Pacific

Then just edit the affected agendas with the pencil icon and click save. The save updates the calendar entries.
