I am trying to post pictures to my club website. When I upload the pictures to the server, they are getting rotated for some odd reason. I am not sure how to get them in the correct orientation. Can anyone help?

This sometimes happens with images that are missing the orientation information from the metadata - they display differently on different devices. The easiest remedy is to take a screenshot of the image, right way up. The new image will have the required orientation metadata and will display the same way on all devices

I believe it was taken from a cell phone, so I'll try what you suggested.
