Hello,
My name is Diane and I am the VPPR for my Toastmasters Club, UniMasters.

I have been trying to send a designed newsletter out to Club members using an email marketing service called Vertical Response.

After several unsuccessful attempts at deployment, I called Vertical Response Help Desk. After he dug around, the Help Desk guy says he thinks the problem is that the host of our website thinks Vertical Response is a spammer and is blocking the newsletter from getting to and using the emails that are a subset of the "members-9661@" address.

He said that I should contact the host of the UniMasters site and ask them to "whitelist the IP addresses." I don't know what that entails.
Is this possible?

Thank you.
Diane

We do not support mass emailers. The email needs to come from a members email address in the member database.
