Dear Sir or Madam, I am the administrator for Toastmasters Speakeasy 3588 based in Dubuque Iowa. Many of my members have not been able to login or create themselves as a new member. Some of them said their names are not listed under any tabs. They have been sent the webinar on how to create themselves as a new member. Could I send you the 15- 17 members names and email addresses for you to enter into the website.

Or is there anyway I as the Administrator can add them to this website. I would like to send them all the email with your response
Can they contact anyone by phone to help them?

Please let me know by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thanks Robin Kennicker Speakeasy 3588

I'm not sure which webinar you're referring to. Administrators can add themselves if authorised to do so, but members can't add themselves to the database - that has to be done by an authorised person (website admin or someone with Membership Management access). Here is a link to the documentation on membership management: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

Once members have been added they can edit their profiles after logging in. Typically you would send the welcome message (from membership management) to let them know that they have been added to the database.

Ok, a few things. FreeToastHost is not connected to the TI database... adding a new member there does *not* also add the same member in your website. The two are separate.

You as the admin or who ever you have delegated Membership Management access to must add the new members to your website via Membership Management. They do *not* add themselves.

However, once you have added them, they should be able to set their password via the Member Login. Also, once they have access, they can edit their own member profile details.

Please refer to our docs for the always most accurate information: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

We do not offer phone support as we are all volunteers supporting the system with no budget for expenses.
