I have created a custom Web page for Members Only. The page contains links to external pages. I would also like to duplicate the download links available through "Member Downloads."

I have attempted to set an href with a target of the filename, but this jumps to our homepage.
I have also attempted to set and href with a full specification (example below), but this did succeed either.

Example:
<p><a href="exeterspeakups.toastmastersclubs.org/TargetFile.pdf" title="exeterspeakups.toastmastersclubs.org/TargetFile.pdf" class="download" >TargetFile Title Displayed Here (*pdf download)

I suspect that there may be an issue with setting the root directory, but I don't have visibility to the file tree.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Embedding direct links is done a little differently from your examples.

See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/linking-to-files for details on how to do this.

Yes, those links are done differently. The way you do those is, highlight what you want linked; go to the website you want to link to and highlight that link; then paste it into the paperclip of the item on the website for the word or words you highlighted. Your link is done.
