Hey there, my members cannot log into their accounts (including myself.) Typing in names/email addresses provides no user selection.

Member login: During times of high load, just type in your member email address and do not wait for the drop down.

Hey there thank you for your assistance,

Unfortunately, this does not solve the problem. Half the time it lets users in, the other half the time it says:

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
1. You must select your name from the displayed drop down list for the login to be accepted. Start typing your name or e-mail, then select your name from the list. If your name does not appear, then the admin has not entered your contact information into this website yet.

This is happening to nearly all members. Some get in after waiting 5 minutes or so after inputting their email (the name suddenly appears), and some just don't get in...few get in on the first try without even needing to select a name. This is even happening with officers accounts, so it is not that their information is not in the website.

This is also happening all day and evening long, not just at peak traffic hours. :(

Ok, well I just logged in as you without any issue.

Have all your members set their passwords?

Have all your members enabled browser cookies for the site?
Login status is saved in browser cookies, and you will have login/logout issues if they are not enabled.

It may help to click the Reload From Server link at the bottom of your website screen once in a while (like once a week or so).

One thing that you can do is to test your members login by logging in as the members but using your admin password. The system currently allows that.
