Good morning,

I seem to have done something to our floater. I have updated it, saved it and for some reason both the member and non-member messages are not appearing. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have been updating the same way for a year now and this is just happening now.

thank you. It is showing up until I just logged in as admin to update the agendas. When I logged of there is no floater unless I shut the computer down. It seems to be happening on both of my club sites that I take care of. Not sure, actually no idea. why this is happening now. I am using internet explorer, not sure of the version.

thank you again,

Neal, please click the Reload link at the bottom of your screen.

Also, please note that the floater only shows once during a browser session. This means that you either have to close your browser and restart it to see the floater or you have to clear your cookies for the site. The display of floaters is controlled by cookies...

Even so, the admin login will not count as a member login, so it has no bearing on the member floater. Essentially the admin login is ignored for purposes of whether to show the floater.

thank you again. yes I get the floater once in a while. I don't restart or shut down my computer too often. I did hit the reload and it didn't help. I used to go in and out as the admin and never lost the floater. I will have to check it out on my wife's computer next time. I was worried it was lost and the public wouldn't see our meeting info.

If you clear your cookies for your website, it should show up again, but only until you refresh the screen, then it is gone. (by design)
