I am the new VP-Ed as of July 1st. I have been made a site administrator on the Lambton Toastmasters Club page.

When I login using "Login as site admin" and left-click on "Meeting Agendas / Create New", I am taken back to our Home Page. Site Admin under "Logins" indicates I am no longer loggedin. This has been occurring for the past 10 days.

If I login using "Member Login", I do not run into this problem - although I am unable to create or update meeting agendas.

I appreciate any help you are able to give me.

Thank you,
Kathy

Hello Brian,

Thank you very much for your suggestions. I suspect I am doing something incorrectly as the changes I made were for naught.

I am using Google Chrome on Windows 10 (yuck!) and did the following:
1. reduced my security setting from "medium high" to 'medium";
2. disabled "private browsing";
3. allowed Toastmasters International and Lambton Toastmasters' cookies to be used; and
4. saved and restarted my computer after each change.

I can stay loggedin as a Member, but not as a Site Admin - although I am able to Launch Admin Console and make changes within that platform.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Kathy

Kathy,

Do you have other members that you have shared the admin password with? If so, note that if they login as admin at the same time as you, then you will be logged out.

The system really only supports one website administrator. You can share the password, but if people use the system as the admin at the same time, then logouts are likely.
