WE need to do some changes on the Club Website and wonder --

How do I find out who the club site administrators are and how do I add on secondary admin if necessary?

Please always place your club name and number with your name in your signature, like mine... [CLICK HERE] in my signature, to do that.

To add other people as admins, go to the admin area where your name is, if your name is there and add them. I would suggest though, not really having more admins though... Usually, that is when problems can occur....

Rather than have multiple admins, the admin can assign access to various modules to appropriate officers. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/access-settings

As Linda says, we need tour club number to find out who your current admin is. Otherwise if you want to change your admin follow these instructions: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

Hi,

The problem is our admin....the one we know about is currently in Vietnam and we need to do some changes to the site for an upcoming event.

No we do not want to have a host of people active as admin but realize we need more than 1

At the moment we do not know if we have more than 1 admin

I realize Bhaskar, our president can approve admins but he is not able to sign in.

So at the moment we want to first know who are admins for our site and if it is only Anh to send an application to get at least one more EC member settled as admin

If your president or current webmaster can respond to an email to authorise the change you can submit the change request now (let them know to expect an authorisation request - no need to log in).

Pam, Anh will still be admin but we need to add one more if we do not currently have two admins.....travel etc

Depending on what tasks need to be shared - access can be granted to up to 3 officers. At the moment that excludes access to home page and directions page, but includes all of the other website modules.

If Anh can't share access with you now by sharing the password, you'll have to go through the change of admin process to give your alternate admin access. You (or the alternate admin), can then give Anh access again.

Just put one of the other officers name in the admin area and give them the password. The need the password to get in anyway...
