When adding new members, I opted to add the Toastmasters Int'l Member ID # field to their member profile. Now if that member dropped and rejoined, that ID # has been dropped. I have difficulty looking up that former member by Last Name (surname) and First Name when reinstating. If I had their old ID # it would be much easier. How can I retrieve that ID # after moving their status to 'former members'?

When the member quit you should have moved them to former member, then when they reactivated all their data would be kept.

If you delete the member all their previous information is lost.

Are you saying they got a new FTH ID or a new Toastmasters International ID?

I checked a few former members. Apparently the one I reviewed did, in fact, NOT have an ID#. I did find others who did. So all information is retained. Thank you very much....

Sorry for the confusion.
