I am having a problem with the club president's name no appearing on the page when printing the multiple agendas form. The name is in there on all the appropriate templates in both the global and agenda temples. I am stumped because it will show up now and then, but no consistently.

I am attaching an example of the output in question. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

If that's the way it works, that's okay and I can handle that change. However, one cannot sign up to be President of the club. Am I to assume that if alter the setting for that role, than the president will not appear on the signup sheet? This also okay. Just trying to understand where I went wrong.

Many thanks for the prompt response.

You have the gist of it. If a role such as President is set to be a non sign-up role, it won't appear on the sign-up sheet - there is no need to sign up.

It seems that in one of your agendas the role has been made a sign up role, so it shows, with NA for the other dates where it is not an available role.

You can make the role to sign up for and then populate in the template so all the new agenda made from the template will have the president already assigned.
