We have a member, Steve Sudan, who has set vacation exclusion dates. He is not an office; whoever; we get the following notice when sending to officers-5083@...

Your message to (his address) was skipped per the member's profile settings (vacation hold period).

Since he is not a member of the officer group, he should not get the emails and the officers should not get a 'bounce notice".

Thanks,

The email logs show that the messages that haven't been sent to this member are only those addressed to members, including agenda emails. He hasn't been included (or skipped) in any officer emails.

How long is he away for? He has disabled email until 2020. Unless that is an error you might want to move him to your former members list until he returns, to prevent the notifications from coming through every time an email is sent to members. If you do that I suggest you explain by sending him a personal email so that he isn't shocked if he gets a message addressed to former members. If / when he comes back you can change his status back to member - his profile and role records will be retained.
