My administrator email is wrong. I need to request it changed to the correct email. How can I go about doing this?

If you have the admin password then go in and change it. I hope this helps....

If you want any other help, you need to input your name, club name & number in your signature, Like mine....

Ok... Let me clarify. Our former President and founder pasted away. He managed our website with FreeToastHost. I have repeatedly tried to get in as the administrator. I requested the "forgot password" and... "A login key was sent to the administrator e-mail address on file. If you do not receive it right away, contact us at support.toastmastersclubs.org." blah blah blah

Now hear is the problem...Some how it has, what looks like my email from a former request to change it, but it's missing a few characters(numbers actually). Not sure how it has the wrong email because toastmaster has the right one and even my profile on the ToastHosted website it's right.

If I request the for the "Click here to change the site administrator". Fill in the blanks. It emails the request to the wrong email.

I don't know the password and the email is wrong. What can I do?

Please submit a change request once approved by your club, this will enable you to change email and any other Admin information.

If the previous admin and president as set up on your website are not reachable, your only contact is the one on Find-A-Club. Make sure that is correct and that person knows to expect an authorisation request.

Thank you everyone for trying to help me out. I managed to speak with someone from Toastmaster International. They did indeed have the wrong email associated with the "find the club". I can only assume our current president of our club submitted the wrong email address when speaking to TI. He got my telephone number right. My email is easily mistakable.

It should take about 24-48 hours for the update information to reflect. Hopefully, this time when I submit for a password change or change of site administrator on the website it would submit that information to the corrected email. (assuming FreeToastHost links the information from TI)

I will update within a day or two with my progress, if any.
