Do you have time to help? We are having a weird issue where emails from toastmaster are not coming into our domain. toastmaster email are white listed in our email system and it was working prior to 11/1. But now nothing is coming in and when we contact mimecast our email vendor, they don't even see it hitting out system? So when I send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., brian get the email from his comcast account, but not tocci. but when I sent email to Brian from my gmail, it's going through. Can you please help? I posted a support ticket but I don't see it on the forum so not sure if I'm doing it right? Thank you for your help in advance!!!

We do not support other email systems... You will need to contact mimecast
