Were'e getting the following messages when the Toastmaster sends out meeting agenda's to the club members. I'm getting the same messages from everybody. When replying to the agenda email, they're getting that error message response saying something about a meeting ID number. But I'm getting the original messages anyway.

No, you would only get this on replies.

The system needs the meeting id to figure out who was the TM for a particular meeting.

Not sure I understand... I've never noticed a Meeting ID number and we hadn't changed our procedure when this started happening. But it seems to not be happening anymore at the moment so it might be moot by now.
