Having trouble getting into club 3505 (Rise and Shine) FTH2 website.

I'm the VPPR (this 6- month term and the next), the currently listed contact person for the club on the TI website, and a member for 11 years.
Richard Williams is the (outgoing) President.
Blake McDaniel started setting up the website but we never went live. Blake is no longer a club member (unfortunately).

When i use
www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/
i get an error
Undefined subroutine &main::GetIDForRole_MembersDB called at /var/www/html/checkclubac.cgi line 407.

Nonetheless, it did seem to generate the email below. Yet, when i click on "approve", i get

"Sorry, this link cannot be confirmed. Please make sure the entire link is show in in the browser address bar."

Ditto if i cut and paste that entire text below into a new browser (chrome) window. I also tried it in microsoft edge and got the same result.
