I like the improvements to the agenda send to feature.

As the website administrator I have checked that the agenda replies go to the TM & the VPE (me). When the Toastmaster uses the site to send the agenda to the club many of the replies are not coming back to either of us. A number of members have the email in their sent folder but is doesn't reach the TM or the VP Ed. The responses are not in our junk email folder.

What could the problem be?

Please provide your club number in every post so we can look into the problem.

Are a few of the names. It's hard to say which other ones as they may have been responding that they were not available & it was assumed that they didn't respond at all.

It isn't consistent. Some of the ones received last week were not this week & they did send them.

Is this a problem anyone else is having?

Did you check your spam box?

Yes, the spam folder has been checked. This was a problem a long time ago, but seemed to clear up this year. Now it's back.

Any suggestions?

For now I have told the TM to have the replies go directly to them (which would mean I wouldn't see them at all).

The server is delivering all mail intended to you we are not seeing any bounces from your email address.

Our club is also experiencing this problem, although some of us receive the following error message when we try to reply to the Agenda:

"NOTE: The internal meeting ID # for this agenda was not found and some reply recipients (Toastmaster) may be skipped as a result. Normally, the meeting ID # is part of the agenda email's Reply-To setting and should not be removed or altered."

I asked the Toastmaster to update the meeting ID but we still received the error afterwards.

I am not doing any more changes to the old code for this, regardless of whether anyone is currently having issues.

REASON: I am working to finish up a major revision to the Email Agenda feature... Should be done in about a week (roughly).

I am not going to fix some code that will be obsolete in a week.

So... everyone please be patient... sorry for any inconvenience and any problems... If you can bear with me a bit longer, I think you will be happy.

That sounds great - can't wait for the upgrades. All of the updates that have been done to day have been wonderful.
