Hello,
Is there a way by which we can provide access to be able to edit agendas to more than 3 officers ?
We have an officer who can help as needed, but does not have access. I cannot add the officer to access list because it's already taken by 3 other officers.

Thanks,
AS

The Site Admin, VpEducation, and once assigned President/Chair of the meeting, and the Toastmasters of the day all have access to edit the Agenda.

So all the VPEd or Site Admin has to do is setup the dated agenda and assign the Toastmaster of the day and the Toastmaster can then make all the required assignments and changes for that meeting.

Brian, this is incorrect.

The Site Admin and any officer assigned Agenda Creator rights in Access Settings can create or edit agendas.
Any role in the agenda that is checked to allow editing can edit the agenda.

Every club that has their Sargent at Arms or President in their agendas can just mark those roles as agenda editors if they wish. Once they do that, those officer roles do not need to be set as Agenda Creators... use that for other officer roles. Additionally.anyone that logs in as the admin can create/edit agendas.
