The weekly meeting start time on the website calendar doesn't reflect the meeting agenda scheduled start time; it reflects the end time. In fact, it changed it for all past calendar dates as well. Up until just now (when I discovered this error), when one created the meeting agenda, the calendar automatically linked the start time identified on the created agenda. I went to two other club calendars and discovered the same error. This is important, guests will be misled on our meeting start time. Thanks for your prompt reply!

Please check your time zone settings on the website.

There are in the Admin console.

I've checked; it is set to America/Chicago which is Central Time Zone. This is the correct time zone for Houston, TX. What else can I check?

user u074890z:

Since it is the holidays, I am inclined to ask you if you are physically located in Houston, TX right now? The meeting times on the calendar will adjust to reflect the time zone that your device/computer reports for where you are physically located, if your device automatically updates the timezone when you change locations. Whereas the times in the agenda are static, the times in the calendar will adjust as the time zone adjusts. This is a difference in how times are shown in the agenda vs the calendar. (This is the way the system has always worked.)

If you want to see this in action, then you can just change the time zone on your device then refresh the calendar page... the times will change to reflect the time zone change.

Thanks to both of you...yes, I had been in another time zone; however, when I logged in to our club's website, I had been back in Houston more than 5 hours. So, I'm going to assume that my computer was slow to update my current time zone when I logged in.

Appreciate the help!
