When members are sending emails out of our system to toastmaster groups (like current members or prospective members) the email is sent, but the body is blank. What could cause this? Any suggestions to get these emails out correctly.

Without your club number we cannot see what is happening.

Without specifics we can not investigate the issue, date approximate time, who send, to what address, what subject.

We are having similar problems as well. One of the emails sent by a member was received with the body being empty.

However, I just sent out an email and it seems to have been received Ok. Not sure if there was a glitch in the system.

Our club president tried to send two emails to the general club list (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) yesterday evening. The emails received by the members had an empty body even though subject line was present.

This morning, I was able to send successfully an email to the same list above. So, not sure if there was some sort of glitch with the mail server yesterday.

Please let me know what more specific information I can provide.

Our club number is 4596. There were multiple emails sent out yesterday and the day before for out club by multiple members.

One email was titled: New Prospective Members. Sent by "Toastmasters Club 4596 on behalf of Brandon.Birrenkott <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>". Received at: Tue, Jan 10, 2017 at 2:43 PM

Our Club (4260) is having a similar problem:

Club Officer sends email to other officers or members - we receive the email with subject but body is blank. This has happened twice in the last week. I have attached a PDF of the blank email. Please advise if you need other specific details.

This one still has me a bit baffled... please bear w/ me a bit. :S

I am trying to figure out a specific scenario to allow me to reliably reproduce this issue.
I need to be able to reproduce the issue myself in order to resolve the problem.
