I am the administrator for Club #2475189. I have never to my knowledge received a password and it appears that I need to be set up by the Administrator to gain access. However, since I am the administrator... how do I get access?

I have requested a password reset and I get the login key link with the instructions:
Once in, click on "launch admin console", click on the "Administrator Info" tab, enter/change your password there, then click "Save".

Where is the "admin console" or the "Administrator Info" tab?

The only options I see are to log in as a member or as administrator, but then I'm back to not having a password...

What it my next step?

I get an email saying that I have requested to change the administrator to me and when I click the link I get:

"Sorry, this link cannot be confirmed. Please make sure the entire link is showin in the browser address bar."

And then after the error page I get an email saying that it was approved. So I guess we're all set.

There should be a link in the approval email to get you in.
