As administrator can I assist a member in changing their password?

You could use the method for members without their own email address: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...shared-email-address

It is a bit convoluted, though, and it would be a good idea to check that the member can manage it themselves from then on. (I would not want to have to be doing this repeatedly.)

If someone is having trouble getting a changed password to "stick", get them to check the cookie settings.
