All our users are unable to access the above site via our company proxy servers. Please remove the following 5 IP addresses from your "black list".

Public IP addresses of our company proxy servers are 199.52.13.129 through 199.52.13.133 (5 ip addresses)

Not sure what you were doing but the server saw it as an attack and blocked the IP's

I have removed the block but it could happen again.
