1. Can you help me recover this link?

2. Can we use our club name "Grand Strand Toastmasters" without continuing a subscription for the club domain name with Go Daddy?

You need to renew your domain name w/ GoDaddy, perhaps.

You can use your club number at any time, or an alias once you have created it e.g. grandstrand with the domain toastmastersclubs.org

You don't need a custom domain name.

Your domain name seems to be trying to link to an earlier, superseded version of FreeToastHost

Our previous website was through GoDaddy for Grand Strand Toastmaster, Club 5289, then linked to Free Toast Host.
I need help in redirecting the site to the Free Toast Host link, eliminating the Go Daddy account. Thank you.

The website was to be managed by another club member, but that did not occur.

FTH does not provide phone support we are all Volunteers.

The domain grandstrandtoastmasters.com is not setup properly at the registrar, looks like it is using domain forwarding to an old obsolete FTH domain.

You need to contact the registrar and and have the DNS zone records updated to the following docs. see 1.2

Charles - I'm not quite sure whether you want to use your godaddy custom domain or just use FreeToastHost on its own

To use FreeToastHost on its own, your website url is 5289.toastmastersclubs.org (5289.toastmastersclubs.org/) . You could set up an alias to make it grandstrand.toastmastersclubs.org (assuming "grandstrand" isn't being used by anyone else)

If you do still want to use your custom domain you'll have to follow the instructions Brian has provided in your other post. You'll also need to add the domain name on the basic settings tab of the admin console.

The default url for your club (5289.toastmastersclubs.org) will always work, even if you use a custom domain.

We really do not need two separate topic threads about the same topics.
