I want to thank you for you dedication to the TM Web Sites. You are all doing an invaluable service! I created a Club Anniversary Registration form on 123contactform.com and copied the JavaScript code into a custom Web Page. The problem that I ran into is the form does not display properly on my Windows 10 desktop, however it displays perfectly on my iPhone iOS 10.3 The URL for this page is stclairtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.or...th_Registration.html I added the code for a PayPal Button to the bottom of the page and that works just fine.

We do not support 3rd party scripts.

If it does not work please remove it.
