Good afternoon. I have a member who is trying to access the member part of our Club Website
He has requested a password reset multiple times but never receives the authentication link in his email.
I have double and triple confirmed that his email address is correct in the member management portal. Can't think of anyone else/

We use the URL provided to us by Free Toast Host though we have customized the link: dadecountytoasters.toastmastersclubs.org/

The emails are being sent to his email account. Have him check his spank/junkbox
