Hello Support,
The information displayed on our club calendar in regards to our meeting time is incorrect. We meet at 6:45pm EST which is accurately displayed on our meeting agendas. However, when someone pulls up the club calendar, it shows our meeting times for 2:45pm. I can not seem to figure out how to correct this information. Temporary, I have the calendar hidden until the issue is resolved.
Can you please assist?

LindaMann Visitor	Check the time on the agenda and make sure it is set to eastern... I do not see any agendas made under the admin section...

Hi, wjasminey!!

It looks like you have a meeting scheduled for later this month, which has the correct time on the calendar. The time on a past meeting has the incorrect time you've mentioned. Once a date has passed, at least some agenda information tends to become fixed, and unable to be edited. Is it possible that when the June 5 agenda was made that some other website settings were different than now? Things like the time zone, for instance? Are there any other time-related agenda differences between the past meeting on the calendar, and the one that's yet to happen?

However, I did go in today to adjust the time zone. It was showing as GMT and I corrected it to EST. I appreciate your help. The following user(s) said Thank You: wesb
