I can only find provision on namecheap for ns1 and ns2 DNS redirect. Even in the advanced DNS section. Can anyone help me to find where I can set the type, address etc on namecheap? As per the FTH instructions.

Try contacting Namecheap. Let them know the required settings as provided in this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

Remember to allow some time after the changes have been made for them to take effect.

Great advice Pam and name cheap were very cooperative, I have checked what they did and the settings are as described by FTH. However now I type our url into my browser and get directed to FTH2 website. Who knows where our site is? Do you know what I can do?

Cheers
Terry

You need to finish the instructions and enter your domain on your Admin control panel.

Thanks Brian.
I did that about an hour after the Namecheap NS session and got an error so I waited for half a day then did it again and voila it got accepted and told me I had to sign in again so selected that option and lost the site. So typed in new url and have been sent to FTH2 since.
I can still access our club site withe the default club number t=fht site address.
Do I try again?

Please do not change anything. I am the system developer... there is something I need to address on my end. Your DNS is fine, despite what the error message is saying. (The error is wrong.)

Lucky I got busy with more important things and checked this again. Will leave it in your hands. I have images of the DNS settings within Namecheap if you want to look.
Thanks for your support.

Thank you Steve. I will have to clear my cache out as it continues as was but tried with another browser and all terrific. Well done and a big thank you.
Thought I was going a bit troppo there for a while trying to find a small error that I must have made.
Thanks again
