I will be the 2017/2018 VP for Southport Toastmasters, Gold Coast, Australia.. I am keen to set us up on Free ToastHost2 rather than create a new Access Database. What I cannot see is a way to enter all historical data relating to our members' speeches and roles. As administrator, is there a way to do this?

There isn't currently a quick and easy way to do this.

Many clubs have dealt with the issue by setting up agendas for the meetings in question. However, one thing to keep in mind is that former members' names won't appear on agendas once they cease to be active members. Depending on how much turnover there is in your club, you may want to go back only so far when creating historical agendas.

I prefer to have a spreadsheet or database record of members' progress in addition to the agendas, partly for this reason and partly because then there's a backup in case someone manages to do bad things to the website record.

In the end, the definitive record is the signed manuals of the individual members.
