At www.godaddy.com/help/set-custom-nameserv...d-with-godaddy-12317 the support for Go Daddy says that the web hosting company must provide name servers but the only thing that I see on the FTH website is the instruction on the 4 records that I must enter, not a name server.

The godaddy help reads, "enter the custom nameservers your hosting provider gave you and click Save." That is strange because these instructions don't indicate that I should have to do that.

Godaddy provided some default name servers already so maybe I am just misunderstanding. Also I am guessing that each domain registration company has a slightly different process. Godaddy won't let me enter four separate A records as the FTH instructions indicate. Instead it automatically creates CNAME records for www and ftp.

Can anyone provide me with some advice about that?

Just use the default GoDaddy name servers. We do not provide those.

Thank you. It's working. When I enter the domain and save I do get a java error message but the domain is working when I type it into web browsers.
