I have successfully embedded a Flickr slideshow on the Rise and Shine website (below) after discovering the slideshow broken last week.

Here's the 'how to' straight from Flickr that I used.

help.yahoo.com/kb/flickr-for-desktop/sln7319.html

But here's the thing. After you add it in source code and save, it's there, but with obtrusive black borders up top and at bottom. Not at all attractive, nor the best for display when you'd rather have the photos emphasized instead of the borders.

In another help topic was this advice:
"The website may require specific steps to make the code display properly. Contact the website's support staff for further info on how to post the image or video."

Any advice techie peeps? I'm all ears and always appreciative.

Thanks!

Yeah the borders are not particularly attractive. However, you may be stuck with them unless your iframe code has an option to make those transparent. You would have to check w/ Flickr on that. The problem is because of the variety of sizes of photos. (inconsistent)

Thanks, Steve. My apologies for starting a new thread. I noticed there is an already established topic Embedding a photo gallery or some such. Oops.
