We are an advanced club and we do round robin evaluations as well as a content eval and delivery eval.
Is there a way to add a check mark to the agenda to allow a speaker to choose which type of evaluation they want?

If a check box is not allowed do you have any other suggestion?

The speaker can enter their choice in their introduction.

Speakers and evaluators are meant to collaborate before the meeting, so the evaluator should know which type of evaluation to do - either standard or facilitate a round robin evaluation.

The introduction is only visible to editors, so the evaluator probably wouldn't see that.

Another option would be give speakers editing rights (this can be assigned to any individual role). The speaker could then edit the corresponding Evaluator role title from e.g. "Evaluator #1" to "Evaluator #1 Round Robin". You would need to show members how to do this and make sure they don't affect your role reports.
