You can send an attachment by using your email client software. Address the message to your members email address:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (where xxxx is your club number).

You could upload the attachment to File Manager and provide a link to that in a basic email message. If you set the file access to members only, the members will need to log onto the website to access the file.
