Never saw this before! It's happening with two of my clubs. Since the error message is coming from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., I assume this is a problem at the FTH end, not with Verizon.

This must be a new restriction, as I have had and used mixed case e-mail addresses for years now with FTH.

I researched, and the restriction has been removed.

Probably was in place to support custom groups, but not needed for that.
(Custom group names only *stored* case-sensitive, not accessed case sensitive.)

Please confirm it is working case insensitive now.

I just started running tests and notice that mixed case in title and domain are working fine. I KNEW that something changed, as everything is mixed case in my e-mail address book (and on biz cards, etc.) for easier readability. Thanks as always!
