That was using Google Chrome, so I switched to Internet Explorer and it worked. I'm going to try clearing cookies and history and see if that resolves the problem in Chrome. Chrome aggressively caches lots of things, which makes it fast, but also causes quirks like this. The following user(s) said Thank You: allandpage, Pam

allandpage Topic Author Offline Senior Member Posts: 40 Thank you received: 4	Thanks Steve. What I finally did was run CCleaner, which cleared the cache, history and cookies. I didn't think about the cache, but obviously clearing everything resolved the problem - and gave me back a lot of disk space at the same time.
