Hello

There is new member of my Club, Conception Toastmaster club that is unable to log-on to the club website.

Do you have any suggestions?

Has the new member been added to the club website membership list? (this is a different database to the TI roster).
If so - is the email address correct?

If they aren't getting the confirmation email, ask them to check their junk mail folder.


If they are getting the email but can't log in, get them to check their cookie settings
