Dear Steve,

I think we may be having the same problem re cert. We just started setting up our website on Friday but yesterday evening a message appeared saying "Your connection is not private" with NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. Could you check if it is the same issue. I don't think we've done anything while setting up that would have caused the issue but that might be possible.

Thanks

Martin

Hi Brian,

Thanks for checking this out. When I put in htpps://loughrea.toastmastersclubs.org it now comes up as not secure but only in Chrome. Interestingly, at least to me, when I use the domain you mention below it brings me to www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/?A889+test - again in Chrome

It seems to work fine in IE and Edge so looks like it may be a Chrome issue. Have you come across this before?

Thanks

loughrea.toastmastersclubs.org/ works for me no warnings

6721377.toastmastersclubs.org/ also works fine for me.

You have a local issue try clearing your chrome cache and cookies, also check that your chrome is up to date.

Thank you,

This appears if you do a custom domain name and you do the DNS part but not the switch where you put the custom domain in the admin console. Once it's there then it worked correctly for me.
