North Suburban Toastmasters - Club 612

One of my members is having trouble logging in. She assured me that she clicked on her highlighted name. Her user info and password are saved to her computer. How can I help her?

Thank you.

Has she ever logged on to the site? She might not actually have a password if she hasn't logged on before (I'm not sure what you mean when you say her password is saved to her computer)

Has she checked her cookie settings? support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

If she has logged on before and her cookie settings are good, ask her to try resetting her password (it can be the same as the previous one)

If none of that helps, please provide her first name, and what operating system and browser she is using.

Thank you Pam. She has been logging on the site for a while now and her password is saved so it is a new thing. I forwarded your suggestions to her and asked that she let me know if it is working. I am hoping a password change works. Thanks again!
