How can I assign a visitor and/or a prospect a meeting role?

Many clubs have added a dummy member named {Guest}. Note - using the curly brackets puts the name at the bottom of the list.

Assign the role to the dummy member. If you have agenda editing rights you can edit the role title or description to include the person's name.

You could have other dummy members, e.g. {Area Director};
