Hi:

We have corrected our custom domain to NOT do forwarding to FTH but instead to point directly to 50.19.253.65. All that looks good now and we are not getting the DNS error message from before whenever we went to update a page.

I understand that there is a nightly process that automatically updates the SSL cert, however, it has not been updated for us as we are still not able to connect to our site bedfordtoastmasters.com using HTTPS.

Can you please check if the SSL cert for our site (3720679) has been disabled?

Thank you so much,
-Bernie

I understand that there is a nightly process that automatically updates the SSL cert,

No that is incorrect. It is a weekly renewal process, not nightly. However, when a domain name change is detected, updates are supposed to happen immediately.

The renewal loop last tried to create a cert for your club on 12/9, but could not then.

It would have likely been successful when the renewal process happened again this weekend, but I went ahead and initiated the cert generation process.

You are all set.
