Hello,

When we email the agenda through our website, we are not given the option to email to the Prospects and Guests groups. Can I change this? When I receive a contact form submission and the person says that they want to receive club emails, there appears to be no way to do that without having to copy and paste every prospect's email address into a regular email.

Thanks,

Any club officer can email the Guest/Prospect list.
Any of the club officers just has to email the guests the agenda from their registered email.

Thanks for your response, Brian. So there's no way to email the agenda to everyone (members, prospects, and guests) at the same time?

This is unlikely to be changed. We are *very* sensitive to any possibility of potentially sending emails to non-members that could be perceived as spam, as it is the FTH server that gets dinged on spam blacklists, not your club. :pinch: Hence, there are "guardrails' and intentional limitations on the functionality because of this.

1- Can you give us steps on how to email agenda to guests using our club email?

2- How can I email agenda to guests using my personal email account?

Thanks.

When you email the agenda to all your members, using your personal email address forward your copy to the guest, or print the agenda to a PDF and email the PDF to your guests
