how to list a member or former member without an email address 7 years 5 months ago #67481

I recently transferred a member to the "former member" list, and deleted their email address so no one would contact that person (has moved out of state). The system has created a "no email notice," with a warning to correct it. We don't want to ever contact this member again. This is the situation with several other former members who have also left the area, left Toastmasters, transferred to another club, etc. How can I avoid this "no email notice" warning?

It is supposed to create a noemail dummy address when you leave the email field blank in member management.

When you say "no email notice", what exactly do you mean? I need a bit more specifics or a screen capture so I can see what you are referring to.
