If he isn't receiving that, you might find that his email address has been entered incorrectly. We need your club number to investigate any further. Look in the Membership Management module (access via the dropdown box at the top of the admin console)

FreeToastHost doesn't have access to the TI database - the addresses used for FTH email are those that are entered in Membership Management on your website
