These are the words of one member:

"I can get in but can't log in."

And he is the only one who could not log in. What do you think is the problem?

He sent me the attached via email.

Has he read the message and checked his email / junk mail for the authentication email?

If he isn't receiving that, you might find that his email address has been entered incorrectly.

We need your club number to investigate any further.

Check his email address - gmail.com.au looks incorrect to me.
Sean's email address is also incorrect

Yes I already checked that email address with "0" and not an O and I will check again... there should not be an "au" if using gmail.

I am not sure where you are looking but I checked his email at Club Central and there is no "au" at the end. Sean is not even listed.
Can you please guide me where you saw the email with an "au" please.

Look in the Membership Management module (access via the dropdown box at the top of the admin console)

FreeToastHost doesn't have access to the TI database - the addresses used for FTH email are those that are entered in Membership Management on your website
